The most that I can give, is what is mine

My heart, My Soul, My Body and my mind

But sometimes that could never be enough

And that is why this life is oh so tough

A happy smile can hide a million things

But a happy heart is only one that sings

To place yourself on show for all to see

Is hard to do but nothing comes for free

A pain inside is harder to control

But talking through your problems shows your soul

 The truth is hard to find when in despair

And hoping that someone is there to care

A distance shouldn’t be a barrier

But something that is lost across the air

To wish that time had been a kinder friend

And Loving someone till the bitter end

I gave you all I could but never knew

This pain I feel when all of it is through

My heart can only feel the way it feels

And hoping someone elses it will steal

I cannot change the way I feel for you

The Love I feel is stronger and is true

But if moving on is what I have to do

Then I can only search for something new
